1. Prague Airport is fair to all airlines
- Prague Airport has to inform the airline about all airport charges, incentives and possible marketing support. We want to be transparent and clear.
- Prague Airport guarantees to the airlines that any eligible discount on landing fees will be deducted from the invoice after its final amount has been calculated. Airline thus saves money immediately.
- Prague Airport nominates a key account manager responsible for the day-to-day communication with the airline. Airline representatives do not have to learn the airport structure. Just ask your key account manager.
2. Use our escalation procedure
- Prague Airport wants to offer to all airlines and to their passengers the best service.
- If an airline has a complaint of any kind, please make sure that the key account manager is contacted ASAP. If he/she fails to provide help or cannot do so, please contact the Marketing Director. In case he/she is out of the office, please contact our CEO at: info@prg.aero
