Limitation of the quantity of liquids transported in hand baggage applies to all passengers, flying from EU countries or transferring across EU countries.

Liquids that can be transported in cabin baggage with limitation
water, drinks, syrups and soups
creams, oils, solutions
sprays, perfumes, mascara
hair and shower gels
pressured sprays, shaving foams and deodorants
pastes, toothpastes
liquid and solid substances mixtures
other objects of similar consistence

The above listed mixtures of solid or liquid substances can be transported only:

  • in individual containers with capacity not greater than 100 mililitres contained in one transparent re-sealable plastic bag of a capacity not exceeding 1 litre
  • and upon submission to separate check, out of the cabin baggage.

How to pack liquids

If you do not pack objects containing liquids and gels in the above described manner, their transport will not be allowed.

As concerns children’s and baby food for the time of travel, pharmaceuticals and dietary meal, medical prescription or confirmation is always recommended.
Articles of this nature can be without limitation purchased only in shops located in the non-public area of the airport, whilst they need to be, in accordance with the regulations, properly packed by the seller.
