British Airways has confirmed its decision to increase the number of frequencies on its direct scheduled connection between Prague and London City during the 2018 winter schedule. The flights operated by its daughter company, BA CityFlyer, will then be operated on a daily basis, instead of the currently offered six weekly services. Passengers will thus continue to enjoy the possibility of flying from Václav Havel Airport Prague to all six London international airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, City and Southend).

The carrier will operate the additional flights using Embraer 190 (E90) aircraft with the planned capacity of 98 passengers or Embraer 170 (E70) offering 76 seats. Both aircraft types will feature Business Club Europe and Economic Euro Traveller Classes. Flights to London City airport, connected with the city centre by public transport, will take about two hours.
