Ryanair, a low-cost carrier, has announced its launch of new routes to Palma de Mallorca and Bordeaux. The airline will service flights from Prague to the largest of the Balearic Islands every Tuesday from June 2019, while the Bordeaux connection will be offered, with twice weekly frequency on Thursdays and Sundays, effective 27 October 2019. The cities will thus become the 31st and the 32nd announced destinations to be operated by the carrier from Václav Havel Airport Prague.

“The new connection to Bordeaux fits into our strategy of supporting outgoing tourism from the Czech Republic to destinations in France and other countries. Based on the airport’s estimates, we expect this route to be used by approximately 35 thousand passengers a year in both directions,”  Vaclav Rehor, Chairman of the Prague Airport Board of Directors, said.

Tickets are already available for purchase via the carrier’s website: www.ryanair.com
