Worry-free and Wait-free Check-in
The Private Check-in Service is a dedicated service for individual check-ins of passengers and their baggage, available for departures from Terminal 2. While our agent arranges your check-in, you relax, work, or perhaps take care of your youngest ones in the comfort of the FastTrack Lounge.
After check-in, the agent delivers and hands over to you your boarding passes and travel documents. Subsequently, you are notified in advance of the opening of the departure gate of your flight. To ensure a smooth passage through the airport, individual security screening is available with the service, so that your journey through the airport is quick and comfortable.
Booking Private Check-in Service
The service is subject to reservations made at least 24 hours prior to the departure via an online form or e-mail address of fasttracklounge@prg.aero.

The listed prices cover a two-hour lounge visit including complex baggage check-in and are inclusive VAT. Children up to three (3) years of age accompanied by an adult visit the lounge free of charge.
FastTrack Lounge
The option of purchasing a lounge visit only without the check-in service at CZK 1,020 / person. The listed price covers a two-hour lounge visit and is inclusive VAT. Children up to three (3) years of age accompanied by an adult visit the lounge free of charge.
Individual lounge visits are not subject to booking; payments are done on the spot.
- Available for departure from Terminal 2 (within the Schengen Area) only
- Hours of operation: 06:00 a.m. – 09:00 p.m.
- Subject to reservations made at least 24 hours prior to the departure via an online form or e-mail address of fasttracklounge@prg.aero
- Reservation e-mails must contain the departure date, flight number, names of all passengers within the group, and for children under the age of 14 their exact age
- Reservation confirmations are sent through to the e-mail indicated in the reservation within two (2) hours from booking
No later than 90 minutes to your departure time, please arrive at the Information Desk located at the Terminal 2 Departure Hall, where you will be met by our agent who will collect your travel documents and baggage.
FastTrack Lounge
The FastTrack Lounge is primarily designed for passengers departing from Terminal 2 (to countries within the Schengen Area). The lounge provides comfort and convenience for both work and relaxation with all-inclusive refreshments and selection of daily newspapers.
There is also a children’s corner to keep the youngest of travellers entertain while their parents use the time before departure to work or read the news. The lounge features an individual security screening point for a quick passage to the designated departure gate without waiting in line.
