Leave on time to travel with peace of mind
Roadworks or closures on the way to the airport can catch you off guard. Set off early and arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before your departure.

No travel without valid documents
Check in advance what travel documents you'll need to enter your destination country. And beware – digital ID cards (eDoklady) are not accepted.

Skip the queues
Check in and drop your bags yourself – use Self-Service Check-in and Self-Service Bag Drop where available. Check with your airline for details. A quicker path to your gate means more time for a coffee.

Get through security without delays
Prepare your liquids in advance – max. 100 ml containers in a single 1-litre plastic bag. Remove metal items such as watches or belts, and place them along with electronics separately into the tray.

Pack your electronics properly
Always keep high-capacity electronic devices, such as power banks, e-cigarettes, or laptops, in your carry-on luggage. You can pack small electronics like electric toothbrushes or razors in your checked luggage, but make sure they are secured to prevent accidental activation. Improper storage or failure to secure these items may delay your flight.
