The FIDS Web service is a web application available on the website of https://newfids.prg.aero. The application contains several standard views of the list of departures and arrivals. In case of special requirements, it is possible to create individual views with custom graphics, flight filtering, display of selected data, etc.
After properly ordering the service, the customer is assigned a username and password to access the web application.
Data provision flat rate is CZK 1,000 / month
Customised view creation (per special requests) is subject to a fee of CZK 1,500 / hour

FIDS Online
The FIDS Online service offers external entities the option to operate the same information display as is operated on the airport premises, whether for operational departments or the travelling public.
The service consists of renting a device which can be connected to any monitor via an HDMI connector.
The device communicates with the airport server via the internal network in the airport area or via internet outside the airport area.
To airlines, the service offers the option to display CDM times for their flights.

FIDS API Service
The API service provides data about flights in JSON format and is thus suitable for importing data into the customer’s own applications. The generated JSON report will be published on the website of https://newfids.prg.aero. To access the report, a username and password are required, which will be provided to the subscriber after the service has been properly ordered. The JSON format specification is provided in a separate document which is available upon request.

Data to Be Analysed and BI Department Services
Prague Airport operates an internal data warehouse into which it loads information from many applications and data sources, featuring both internal airport applications and external data sources. This data is stored in an internal data warehouse, including many years of history. Part of the data warehouse is an internal team of specialists who are able to prepare a report or analysis based on a submitted request both ad-hoc and at regular intervals.
