Energy portal for Prague Airport customers (hereinafter “Energy portal”) was launched on 1st June 2012. Energy portal is a specialized web application designated for providing information about energy consumptions.
This service is intended for all Customers who are a contracting party to the Prague Airport and does have a valid commodity supply contract (electricity, water, heat, etc.)..
Energy portal for Prague Airport customers” (hereinafter “Energy portal”) is a specialized web application designated for providing information about energy consumptions.
The Prague Airport is the “Possessor” of the Energy portal.
The “Customer” is a person or corporation who is a contracting party to the Prague Airport and does have a valid commodity supply contract (electricity, water, heat, etc.)
The “User” of Energy portal is every legitimate Customer.
Energy portal using
The Prague Airport provides the Energy portal services free of charge to its legitimate Customers.
Users login into the Energy portal through the internet network. The technical and software equipment (desktop computer, notebook) is User’s own.
Users have to use only supported web browsers to access the Energy portal. Visit “Technical specification” section for more information, please. Login and access information are provided by the application Possessor.
After a successful login, the User can browse through contracted commodities in each time interval and get all information about commodity consumption in chosen time period. For every closed invoicing period, the User can also get charged amounts and invoice enclosures in PDF.
The web based application Energy portal is available 23 hours a day. The Energy portal can be unavailable from 3:30AM to 4:30AM every day, due to data update and possible service works. The Energy portal might be unavailable during the time period given above.
The Possessor reserves the right to interrupt or restrict using of the Energy portal from service works reasons. The temporary shutdown information will be available in “News” section.
The data communication between User and Energy portal uses secured data connection. You can find all setting and guide in “Help” section. The User follows direction for settings as shown in “Help” section.
The User is responsible for securing the provided login information. The User has to report immediately to the Possessor in case of login information loss or security uncertainty. The User gets new login information.
