Ryanair celebrates 5 million customers in Prague

Ryanair, Europe’s no 1 airline, today (1 Aug) celebrated carrying 5 million customers to/from Prague since low fares arrived with its first services from Prague to Dublin and London Stansted in April 2014. The 5,000,000th customer travelled on Ryanair’s flight from Prague to Riga, part of its Prague Summer 2019 schedule, which includes 31 routes in total helping to deliver over 2.4 million customers and support over 1,800 jobs* at Václav Havel Airport Prague.

In Prague, Denis Barabas, Ryanair’s International Communications Deputy Manager, said: “Ryanair is delighted to celebrate carrying 5 million customers to/from Prague since its first low fares flight in April 2014 from Prague to Dublin and London Stansted. This summer Ryanair operates 16 new routes from Prague to/from Amman, Bari, Billund, Bournemouth, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Marrakesh, Marseille, Palma, Paris, Pescara, Pisa, Riga, Stockholm, Venice and Zadar underlining its commitment to Czech Republic and Central Eastern Europe, and we look forward to growing traffic, routes and jobs in the coming years. To celebrate we are releasing seats for sale from just 459 which are available to book until midnight Saturday (3 Aug) for travel in October.
