26. 10. 2023Exactly 20 years ago, a Jet2.com aircraft landed for the first time at Václav Havel Airport Prague, arriving from Leeds Bradford Airport. Since then, the British carrier has transported over 2.5 million passengers on its flights to the Czech capital. Now its customers can choose from seven regular routes and a series of pre-Christmas flights from Jet2.com bases across the UK.“We appreciate the twenty years of close cooperation and the long-term growth of Jet2.com’s operation in Prague. This is also evidenced by the new direct route from East Midlands Airport, with the launch scheduled this winter, as well as the confirmed new route from Edinburgh, to be launched in the 2024 winter season. Jet2.com will thus provide direct connections from ten of its eleven UK bases either in the form of pre-Christmas flights or regular year-round operations.
