Airports Council International (ACI) has named Prague Airport the winner of the Voice of the Customer award.
The recognition is awarded to airports which, despite the demanding and unprecedented year 2020, caused by the spread of a novel coronavirus, took extra care of the comfort and safety of their passengers. Increased safety is even more important today than ever before. Both the ACI Airport Health Accreditation certificate, obtained last autumn, and the current Voice of the Customer award confirm that Prague Airport has been moving in the right direction since the beginning of the pandemic with regard to the implementation of safety measures. The Voice of the Customer award is mainly supported by ACI's new partner, Amadeus. Amadeus is a global travel technology company which primarily aims to improve the passenger experience around the world.
