Private Check-in Service
The service must be booked at least 24 hours before departure. It is available only for departures from Terminal 2.
Private Check-in Service is a special individual check-in service designed for departures from Terminal 2. While our agent takes care of your check-in (including baggage), you can relax, work, or take care of your little ones in the comfort of the FastTrack Lounge. After check-in, the agent will deliver and hand over your boarding passes and travel documents. You will then be notified in advance when your departure gate opens. For a smooth airport experience, an individual security check will be available to you, ensuring a quick and comfortable journey through the airport.

Price Quotes
The quoted prices cover a 2 hours stay at the lounge and complete baggage check-in, and are quoted including VAT. Children under 3 years of age accompanied by an adult visit the lounge free of charge.

Booking Conditions
- Available only for departures from Terminal 2 (Schengen area)
- Service is provided daily between 06:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- The service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance via the booking form or by email at fasttracklounge@prg.aero
- The booking email must include the departure date, flight number, full names of all passengers, and in the case of passengers under the age of 14, also their age
- You will receive a confirmation of your booking at the email address provided within 2 hours
- Please arrive at the information desk in the departure hall of Terminal 2 no later than 90 minutes before your flight, where our agent will collect your baggage and travel documents
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 12 hours before the booked use of the Private Check-in Service or earlier are subject to no penalty fee.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours but more than 6 hours before the booked use of the Private Check-in Service are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
- Cancellations made 6 hours and less than 6 hours before the booked use of the Private Check-in Service are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service price.
