Listed prices include 21% VAT.
We accept payments in cash in CZK or by card at the PrivateJet Lounge reception.
Cancellation policy:
The order can be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival/departure. In such a case, the Customer will not be charged a cancellation fee. If the Customer cancels the order less than 12 hours and more than 6 hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival/departure, the Customer shall be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the Service price. If the order is cancelled less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival/departure, the Customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the Service price. The Customer shall be informed about the cancellation fee in the corresponding amount and an informative document shall be sent to the e-mail address used to place the Service reservation. If the funds for the ordered Services have been allocated on the Customer’s card, the Provider (Prague Airport) may charge this payment card for the amount of the Services provided or the amount of the cancellation fee.
