Radomír Lašák has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prague Airport

The Board of Directors of Prague Airport elected Radomír Lašák as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting today. He was elected to the position of member of the Board of Directors by a decision of the sole shareholder, effective from 1 August 2026.

Radomír Lašák takes over responsibility for the strategic management and further development of Prague Airport. His priorities will include ensuring continuity of operations, preparing and implementing key development investments, and further strengthening the position of Václav Havel Airport Prague as a major Central European aviation hub.

"I thank the members of the Board of Directors for the trust they have shown. Prague Airport is a strategic company of exceptional importance to the Czech Republic. My priority will be to build on what has been achieved and, together with our employees, business partners and shareholder, continue its further modernisation. We will focus on providing high-quality passenger services, expanding air connectivity and preparing investments that will strengthen the airport's long-term competitiveness," said Radomír Lašák, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prague Airport.

Radomír Lašák is a long-standing top manager with extensive experience in aviation, finance, and management of strategic companies. He joins Prague Airport from Grant Thornton. In his professional career, he held top management positions in the Czech Republic and abroad, including the United States of America and Switzerland.
