Self-Service Check-in (kiosks)
 

Directly at the airport, you can use Self-Service Check-in kiosks, which are situated in the Terminal 1 and 2 departure halls.

• At Self-Service Check-in kiosks, you can scan your e-ticket or travel document or manually enter a booking number or frequent flyer programme for the given airline.
• Once your flight has been successfully identified, follow the on-screen instructions, e.g. to select your seat.
• Once you have filled in all the details, the kiosk will print your boarding pass, with which you can proceed to the boarding pass validators and then to the safety check/passport control.
• If you are travelling with baggage you do not want to take on board the plane with you, hand it in at the Self-Service Bag Drop counter where it will be checked in for the cargo hold of your flight.

Private Check-in Service

The Private Check-in Service is a dedicated service for individual check-ins of passengers and their baggage, available for departures from Terminal 2. While our agent arranges your check-in, you relax, work, or perhaps take care of your youngest ones in the comfort of the FastTrack Lounge.

After check-in, the agent delivers and hands over to you your boarding passes and travel documents. Subsequently, you are notified in advance of the opening of the departure gate of your flight. To ensure a smooth passage through the airport, individual security screening is available with the service, so that your journey through the airport is quick and comfortable.
