Taxi Service Ordering Options 

You can book your ride using the Uber app, self-service kiosks, or service counters. To download the app, click here.

Contact Information Sharing

No registration in the sense of entering personal data is required to order the service. Only your email address is required. Self-service kiosks or counters only require emails to comply with legislation, not as a basis for registration or other marketing activities.

For easier communication, please enter your phone number as well to receive all the necessary information related to your ride. The phone number is only requested from passengers to ensure the smoothest check-in possible, as previous experience shows that email communication often fails, either due to a wrong email address or due to the lack of local passenger data.

What are the advantages? If you provide your email address, your tax receipt will be sent to you electronically along with a summary of your trip. This way you can have all the information at hand. Electronic versions also help us to protect the environment. Passengers value mobile phone communication for its seamless functionality and smooth operation.

1. Uber application

The fastest way of booking is via the Uber application, which shows you where you are going and how much you will pay for the ride. You will have everything handy on your phone. Payments are accepted in cash or by a card which you connect with the application. Select the Uber Airport product from the menu and you’re good to go.

2. Self-Service Kiosks

You can also use self-service kiosks, with a similar user interface as in the application. With this option, payments are only possible by card through the terminal. After payment is completed, you will get a receipt with all the necessary information for your ride. Printed instructions for booking a ride can also be found on the kiosk right next to the monitor.

3. Service Counter with Assistants

If you need help with your order, we have a counter with staff at each terminal. At the counter, they will tell you all the necessary information and help you order a taxi. There you can pay by card or cash.

Opening hours of the counter are daily 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Counters and kiosks are located in the Terminal 1 and 2 Arrival Halls. Meeting points are marked in front of the arrival halls as follows: Taxi Pick up A, Taxi Pick up B.

  • App users shall meet their drivers at Taxi Pick up A meeting point.
  • Passengers using the other two ride booking options shall use Taxi Pick up B meeting point.

Cars are available non-stop directly in front of the arrival halls of both terminals. For better on-site orientation and your comfort, dispatchers are ready to help by the arrival hall exits or at the car meeting points (7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.).
