Prague Airport Once Again Wins Prestigious International Award for Customer Experience

Prague Airport has won the 2025 Airport Service Quality Award for customer experience of departing passengers in the category of European airports with 15 to 25 million handled passengers per year. Based on real passenger feedback, it is awarded annually by the international organization Airports Council International (ACI World). The award reflects the long-term high level of passenger satisfaction and the quality of services provided at Václav Havel Airport Prague.

"The fact that we have won the ASQ Customer Experience Award again is our clear confirmation that, long-term, we have been successfully creating an environment in which passengers feel comfortable and safe and find it easy to navigate the airport. We see this primarily as an appreciation of the daily work of all colleagues who participate in the operation of the airport. We greatly value the trust of passengers and the recognition from ACI World. In the coming years, we will undergo extensive modernisation of the airport while it is in full operation, which will be a great challenge for all of us – to maintain a high standard of services and retain the popularity with passengers even in a period of changes,” Eva KrejÄŤĂ­, Prague Airport Director of Communications and Marketing, said.

The award is based on the global Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program, which evaluates the passenger experience through a continuous survey which measures passenger satisfaction with individual services and processes before departure. It is one of the most prestigious international evaluation platforms in the field of airport services.

"This award granted by ACI shows that Prague Airport is among the leading European airports in terms of customer experience. The results reflect the real opinions of passengers and confirm the airport’s commitment to providing world-class service,” Justin Erbacci, CEO of ACI World, noted. 

The Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program is the world’s most recognised and comprehensive passenger satisfaction evaluation system. Prague Airport has been participating in the program since 2015 and has received the annual award for the sixth time in the category of 15 to 25 million handled passengers.
