Rimini

Rimini, a city full of monuments and beautiful beaches, is one of the most popular Italian resorts. The local coast is divided into two parts – south Rimini with extra wide beaches, open sea, and lots of fun, and north Rimini with narrower beaches protected from the open sea by stone walls, ideal for families with children. In addition to the beautiful beaches, you can admire significant sights in Rimini, such as the original Roman bridge of Ponte di Tiberio, the historical city centre with Piazza Cavour, Sismondo castle, and the Arch of Augustus. You can also visit other interesting places in the vicinity, for example, the historical city of Ravenna, stalactite caves in Frasassi, aquaparks, and the Republic of San Marino. Once there, do not miss the historical centre, San Marino’s main square of Piazza della Liberta, and San Marino’s highest mountain, Monte Titano and its three peaks, each with a fortress on top. Together, they are often referred to as the Three Towers of San Marino.
