The beauty of this small island stems from its beaches and their fine bronze sand. Over 60 of them can be found at various bays and rocky peninsulas and the largest being perfect spots for resort complexes. The more distant beaches, surrounded by pine forests, can only be reached by local water taxis.

After a day spent on the shores of the turquoise sea, you can visit local restaurants serving local wine and traditional Greek dishes. Numerous night clubs and discotheques, for which the island is famous, then offer entertainment until the early morning hours.
