ŠKODA LIMOUSINE SERVICE

The VIP Service Club CONTINENTAL provides a Škoda Limousine Service for its clients - transfers within 30 km to/from the airport in luxury Superb cars for free. The service must be booked 24 hours in advance via email at vip.service@prg.aero .

The Škoda Limousine Service is provided to you free of charge within a distance of 30 km from Prague airport, when booked for arrivals or departures. The service cannot be provided outside the range of 30 km to/from the airport. As the VIP Service has three Škoda Superb cars, the provision of the service cannot be guaranteed to every client. If you order your car 24 hours in advance, you will receive a written or telephone confirmation whether the car will be available at the given time and whether the service can be provided to you. One Škoda car is provided per one VIP Service order. Please note that the Škoda Limousine Service is guaranteed upon approved orders for delays not exceeding 30 minutes.
Škoda Superbs feature 595 litres of baggage space and 3 passenger seats and can be fitted with child seats or racks for skis or golf bags. Please indicate such requests in your order. When ordering the service, please always consider whether the car has enough capacity for both the baggage and passengers.

PARKING AT THE VIP CAR PARK

It is only possible to park your vehicle in the patrolled VIP car park when you place an order for VIP check-in for both departure and arrival, due to limited options of collecting cars upon one-way VIP check-ins. This service provides you with 4 days of free parking in the patrolled car park directly outside the VIP terminal.

BAGGAGE WRAPPING

In Club CONTINENTAL, we will be more than happy to wrap your baggage before departure.

Standard baggage: CZK 200 /pc

Non-standard baggage (golf bags, skis, prams, etc.): CZK 250 /pc

 

BAGGAGE DELIVERY SERVICE

Club CONTINENTAL now offers a baggage delivery service - For a fee, your baggage will be delivered to you at the given address within 5 hours of your arrival.

You can order baggage delivery together with your arrival services. This service is provided up to 30 km from Prague airport, every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm for a maximum of 4 items of baggage.

Baggage delivery up to 30 km: CZK 590 / 1-4 pcs / 1 address

The service must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance and cannot be provided separately without booking your arrival services. The service is available for up to 4 items of baggage and is provided within a 30km radius of the airport. The service cannot be provided outside the 30km zone around the airport. Should your baggage contain goods the import of which is forbidden or restricted, or goods in excess of the value or quantity limits for customs duty exemption, excise duty and VAT, your presence will be required for customs clearance. As a result, the service will not be provided to you. If we are not able to reach you at the agreed time and deliver the baggage to you, the baggage will be available for pick up at Club CONTINENTAL. In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund of the sum paid for the service.

Business Terms and Conditions

The listed prices are inclusive of 21% VAT.

Booking the VIP Service Club CONTINENTAL

  • 2 accompanying people who are not flying with the lounge customers can use the service for free, every additional accompanying person pays CZK 290
  • Price for each additional hour spent at the lounge is CZK 500 / 1 person

We accept cash payments in CZK and payments by cards at the Club CONTINENTAL reception desk.

Please note that for technical reasons we do not accept orders for the Express VIP Service less than 120 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the respective flight.

Parking at the VIP car park
It is only possible to park your vehicle in the guarded VIP car park when you place an order for VIP check-in for departures and arrivals, due to limited options for collecting your car when only one-way VIP check-in is used. This will give you 4 days of free parking in the guarded car park directly outside the VIP terminal.
The price for every block of additional 24 hours started in excess of the free parking is CZK 500.

Baggage delivery

The service must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance and cannot be provided separately without booking of your arrival. The service is available for up to 4 baggage items and is provided within a range of 30 km from the airport. The service cannot be provided outside a range of 30 km from the airport.
Should your baggage contain goods the import of which is forbidden or restricted, or the volume of goods exceeds the value or quantity limit for customs duty exemption, excise duty and VAT, your presence is required for customs clearance, and the service cannot be provided to you.
If you cannot be reached at the agreed time, and we are not able to deliver the baggage to you, the baggage can be picked up at the Club CONTINENTAL. In such a case, you are not entitled to a refund of the sum paid.

Oversize baggage means baggage with the sum total of its dimensions (height + width + depth) exceeding 158cm.

Sports equipment means golfing equipment, bicycles, surfboards and windsurfing sets as well as skiing equipment.

The above rates do not include costs pursuant to the terms and conditions of the respective airline. Weight limits, other regulations and fees follow the rules of the respective airline and must be paid directly to the airline.

 

Service Cancellation Terms

Your order can be cancelled no later than 12 hours before the scheduled arrival/departure. In such cases, clients will not be charged cancellation fees. Should the Client cancel the order less than 12 hours and more than 6 hours before the scheduled arrival/departure, the Client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the ordered services. In the event of an order cancellation made less than 6 hours before the scheduled arrival/departure, the Client will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the ordered service price. The Client will be informed about the fact that the cancellation fee in the relevant amount is charged via an e-mail message sent to the e-mail address from which the service was booked. They will also be provided with a document stating that the order was cancelled and stipulating the amount of the cancellation fee. If a credit card was used to pay for the ordered services, the service provider (Prague Airport) may charge the amount equal to the service price or cancellation fee to the card.

VIP Assistance

The VIP Assistance service will speed up your check-in for arrivals, departures and transfers to make it more enjoyable.

VIP Assistance Includes

  • Personal assistance of an agent during your entire stay at the airport
  • Assistance at the check-in counter
  • Assistance during passport control and customs clearance
  • Assistance during the security checks
  • Escort to/from aircraft
  • If required, escort to the airport lounge will also be provided

Service Price

  • CZK 5,000 / 1-3 people / 2 hours
  • Every additional hour or person in the group: CZK 2,500, to a maximum of 10 people
  • The price of a single lounge visit is not included in the VIP Assistance service price
  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance at vip.service@prg.aero
  • We accept payments in cash in CZK and by payment cards
