Prague Airport Free Wi-Fi
- Wi-Fi is free of charge and available 24/7 in all Terminals.
- Once you have confirmed your email address, you can enjoy Wi-Fi access for up to 24 hours.
- You can also activate the “Flight Tracking” service to receive notifications about the latest updates and any changes to your flight.
- Connection speeds may vary depending on your location and network traffic.
First, select the airport Wi-Fi network
On your phone, go to Settings → Wi-Fi, turn on Wi-Fi and select the Prague Airport Free Wi-Fi network. Once connected, the login page will open. The next steps are illustrated below. The appearance of the screens may vary slightly depending on your phone.
Confirm your email within 10 minutes
Once connected, open your email inbox and click the confirmation link. If you do not confirm your email address, your Wi-Fi connection will automatically be disconnected after 10 minutes.
Step-by-Step Guide to Connecting to Wi-Fi
1. Enter your email address
Enter your email address and tap Continue.
2. Select the purpose of your visit
Select Departures, Arrivals or Visitor if, for example, you are picking someone up.
3. Would you like to track your flight?
To receive flight updates, search for your flight by flight number or destination and select your preferred notification method. Then tap Continue.
If you only want to connect to Wi-Fi, select Skip.
4. Wait for the connection
The Connecting you… screen will appear. Please wait until the connection is complete.
Remember to confirm your email address within 10 minutes.
5. Open your email inbox
Once the You are online message appears, please open your email inbox and click the confirmation link.
Your connection is temporary until you confirm your email address.
6. Confirm your email address within 10 minutes
Open the email from wifi@prg.aero and click Confirm email address using the link provided.
If you do not confirm your email address, your Wi-Fi connection will automatically be disconnected after 10 minutes.
All done! Enjoy your Wi-Fi
The Email successfully confirmed page means you're all set. You can now enjoy Wi-Fi access for up to 24 hours.
Have a question?
The login page didn't appear
In your Wi-Fi settings, tap the selected airport network and, if prompted, choose the option to sign in to the network. If the page still doesn't open, disconnect from the Wi-Fi network and reconnect.
I can't find the confirmation email
Please also check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folders. Look for an email from wifi@prg.aero with the subject line Confirm your email to stay connected to Wi-Fi. Make sure you entered the correct email address.
The 10-minute limit has expired and Wi-Fi has disconnected
Reconnect to the airport Wi-Fi network and go through the login process again. This time, open the confirmation email as soon as you connect and confirm your email address.
