Book the Meet and Assist Service

Whether you are flying from Prague for the first time or sending your child on their trip, our personal escort will ensure a smooth and trouble-free passage through the airport from the moment you enter the terminal until you board the aircraft. The Meet and Assist service is the ideal choice for anyone who appreciates personalised care, clear organization, and assurance in an environment which may sometimes appear hectic or confusing.

On the day of your departure, an experienced assistant will greet you in Terminal 2 and remain available to support you. They will help you with baggage check-in, airport navigation, and other necessary steps according to your needs and particular situation.

The service is designed for:

Passengers who want to travel with ease and welcome personal care, regardless of age or experience.
Parents who are sending their child on a trip and want to be sure that they are taken care of at the airport from start to finish.

The service must be booked at least 24 hours before departure. Please note that this service cannot be booked separately – it is only available in combination with the purchase of a FastTrack Lounge visit or when using the Private Check-in Service.

Children up to 14 years of age accompanied by adults free of charge

Booking Conditions

Only for departures from Terminal 2 (Schengen Area)
The service is provided only between 06:00 a.m. and 09:00 p.m.
The service must be booked 24 hours in advance at the latest via the online booking form or email to fasttrack@prg.aero
- the booking email must contain the departure date, flight number, and names of all passengers; in the case of persons under 14 years of age, also indicate the age
- your successful service booking will be confirmed to the email you provided within two hours
Please arrive at the information desk in the Terminal 2 departure hall no later than 90 minutes before your departure to hand your baggage and travel documents to our agent.

Cancellations Conditions

Free cancellations can be made at the latest 12 hours before the planned use of the Meet and Assist service.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours and more than 6 hours before the planned use of the Meet and Assist service are subject to a charge of a 50% of the service price.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the planned use of the Meet and Assist service are subject to a charge of a 100% of the service price.
