The Meet and Assist service is the ideal choice for anyone who appreciates personalised care, clear organization, and assurance in an environment which may sometimes appear hectic or confusing.

On the day of departure, an experienced assistant will welcome you at Terminal 2 and remain fully at your disposal. After check-in, they will assist you with all the necessary steps, help you navigate the airport and guide you through the next stages according to your current needs and situation.

CZK 2,400 / 2 persons

The stated price is valid for a maximum stay of 3 hours and includes VAT. Children under 14 accompanied by an adult are free of charge.

Book the Meet and Assist Service

The service is designed for:

Passengers who want to travel with ease and welcome personal care, regardless of age or experience.
Passengers aged 15 and over whose parents wish to have the assurance that their child is cared for throughout the entire journey.

Booking Conditions

Only for departures from Terminal 2 (Schengen Area)
The service is provided only between 06:00 a.m. and 09:00 p.m.
The service must be booked 24 hours in advance at the latest via the online booking form or email to fasttrack@prg.aero
- the booking email must contain the departure date, flight number, and names of all passengers; in the case of persons under 14 years of age, also indicate the age
- your successful service booking will be confirmed to the email you provided within two hours

Cancellations Conditions

Free cancellations can be made at the latest 12 hours before the planned use of the Meet and Assist service.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours and more than 6 hours before the planned use of the Meet and Assist service are subject to a charge of a 50% of the service price.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the planned use of the Meet and Assist service are subject to a charge of a 100% of the service price.
