Border Veterinary Station

During the weekends, the veterinary emergency is available only via phone! (arrival of the veterinarian on standby by appointment only)

Veterinary goods imported from third countries can enter the Czech Republic only through the Border Veterinary Control Post of the Czech Republic or of another Member State. The services of the Ruzyně veterinary station are also used for the transport of animals for zoos or for the import of small mammals, aquarium or terrarium animals for pet shops and other animal products.

The receipt and dispatch of shipments at the veterinary station is handled by the staff of Prague Airport. The dispatch of the shipment is not time-limited, but the dispatch takes place only after inspection by a veterinarian.
