In the case of a cancelled flight, we recommend that you contact your airline company, which should offer you an alternative solution or tell you about your further options. Some airline companies also have customer counters directly inside Václav Havel Airport Prague. Find a list HERE.

In the event of a delayed flight, we recommend contacting your airline, as they have all the up-to-date information regarding your flight, including the reason for and duration of the delay. The airline can best be reached via its customer service hotline, which is usually listed on the carrier's official website. Some airlines also have customer service desks located directly within the premises of Václav Havel Airport Prague.
This service allows you to check in your checked baggage at the airport yourself. The Self-Service Bag Drop is available for flights of chosen airlines. To use this service, passengers need their boarding passes, which can be acquired during on-line check-in or at the Self-Service Check-in kiosk.
The Self-Service Bag Drop machine is situated in the departure hall of Terminal 2. Here the passenger scans the bar code of their boarding ticket, prints the baggage tag and attaches it to their baggage, which then will be sent to the baggage sorting area and loaded onto the aircraft. Detailed information here.
