If your baggage has been damaged, you will need to contact the complaint counter of the handling company which was in charge of the flight. Complaint counters for all three handling companies are in the baggage reclaim areas in Terminals and 2.
Due to a strike by ground handling staff at Barcelona Airport, flights to Prague may be affected. Delays are possible, and baggage may not arrive on the same flight as passengers. In such cases, baggage will be delivered on one of the following flights. Passengers are advised to contact their airline for further information.
