This is a special service of individual private check-in of guests and their baggage. We will take care of everything while you relax at the comfortable environment of the FastTrack Lounge.

Check-in Quick without Spending Time Waiting in Lines

Individual check-in
Book the service at least 24 hours in advance via e-mail or Contact Form Book the service at least 24 hours in advance via e-mail or Contact Form.
Arrive at the information desk located in Terminal 2 departure hall 90 minutes before the scheduled departure of your flight. Our agent will meet you there to collect your baggage and travel documents.
You will proceed to the FastTrack Lounge where you will pay for your pre-ordered services.
After that, you will relax at the comfortable environment of the lounge with all-inclusive refreshments.
Our agent will bring your travel documents, your boarding pass and your checked-in baggage tag to the lounge. You will then proceed to the gate via a security check.

Service Booking Conditions

Not available separately – provided only with visits of the FastTrack Lounge
Only available for departures from Terminal 2 (the Schengen Area)
Subject to mandatory e-mail sent to fasttracklounge@prg.aero or Contact Form booking submitted 24 hours in advance
E-mails must indicate the departure date, the flight number, the names of all lounge guests and ages for guests under 14 years of age
Bookings are confirmed within 2 hours from their receipt to the e-mail indicated by the sender
Only available from 06:00 to 21:00

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 12 hours before the booked use of the Private Check-in Service or earlier are subject to no penalty fee.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours but more than 6 hours before the booked use of the Private Check-in Service are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
Cancellations made 6 hours and less than 6 hours before the booked use of the Private Check-in Service are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service price.

Private Check-in Service + FastTrack Lounge

The quoted prices cover a 2 hours stay at the lounge and complete baggage check-in, and are quoted including VAT. Children under 3 years of age accompanied by an adult visit the lounge free of charge.

The access to the lounge can be purchased separately (i.e. without the Private Check-in Service): 1 020 CZK/person.
The quoted price covers a 2-hours stay and is inclusive of VAT. Children under 3 years of age accompanied by an adult have a free access to the lounge.
No need to book the access to the lounge in advance. Payment on the spot is available.
